At Palettes, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Customers are responsible for shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout. We also offer local delivery within a set radius for added convenience.

As a small business with a small team, please note that there may be occasional delays in processing and delivery times. We do our best to fulfill and ship orders promptly, but during busy seasons or unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays. For local delivery, the same applies.

Additionally, since we’re based in Canada, extreme weather conditions may impact shipping and delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding—we want your order to arrive safely and as soon as possible! If you have any questions about your order, feel free to reach out.

Wallpaper orders may take a little longer to ship than our standard products. Because each sheet is made to order and processed in larger quantities, production and handling times are slightly extended. We promise it’s worth the wait!
